🛒 Orders & Payment
Placing an order is simple — browse our shop, add your chosen fragrances to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery for eligible pincodes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, your order enters our dispatch process and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000. All online transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.
Absolutely. Rasathar uses industry-standard SSL encryption and processes all payments through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for metro cities. International orders take 10–18 business days depending on destination.
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79. Express and international shipping are charged separately at checkout.
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries including the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our Track Order page or directly on the courier's website. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of dispatch.
🌿 Products & Ingredients
Yes. Every Rasathar attar is made using pure, natural botanical ingredients through traditional deg-bhapka hydro-distillation. We use zero synthetic fixatives, artificial colorants, or chemical fillers. All batches are GC-MS tested for purity.
Yes — traditional attars are oil-based and completely alcohol-free, making them ideal for skin application and also appropriate for those who prefer alcohol-free fragrances for religious or personal reasons.
Pure attars typically last 8–12 hours on the skin, with some heavier base notes like oud and musk lasting even longer. Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears — for best results. Avoid rubbing, as this breaks down the scent molecules.
Unlike synthetic perfumes, pure attars do not expire — they actually improve with age, much like fine wine. Proper storage (away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place with the cap tightly closed) can preserve an attar for decades.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For damaged or defective items, we accept returns within 48 hours of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Return page for full details.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers typically reflect within 3 business days.

No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, earn loyalty points, and access your complete order history.
Yes — our Rasathar Rewards programme lets you earn points on every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. You also get early access to new launches and exclusive member-only offers.
